Text

The provisions of this division shall not apply to any Merit System employee or hourly employee whose service or rates of pay are covered by any labor agreement or contract, nor shall this division apply to state judges whose salaries are payable from the State Treasury if such judges’ salaries are increased under and by virtue of:

(1)The recommendations contained in the Report of the Judicial Compensation Commission to the 1994 Regular Session of the Legislature becoming law; or (2) the enactment into law of legislation altering and amending said report; or (3) any other legislation enacted into law during the 1994 Regular Session or Special Sessions of the Legislature.
