§ 36-31-2 — Compensation of Trustee

Alabama·Title 36 Public Officers and Employees·Ch. 31 Administration of Funds of Pension and Retirement Plans of Municipalities, Counties and Certain State Agencies or Institutions

The governing bodies may pay the trustee a reasonable compensation either out of the fund administered by the trustee or out of the general funds of the governing bodies.
