Text

The annuities and benefits provided for in this article shall not repeal or be considered to be in substitution for any other annuity or benefit provided for by law or any other retirement system, whether municipal, county, state or federal. Participation by a peace officer in any other such program, plan, fund or system shall not bar participation by such peace officer in the fund.
