§ 35-4-29 — Form of Acknowledgment

The following are substantially the forms of acknowledgment to be used in this state, on conveyances and instruments of every description admitted to record: ACKNOWLEDGMENT FOR INDIVIDUAL The State of ________} ____________County} I (name and style of officer) hereby certify that ______ whose name is signed to the foregoing conveyance, and who is known to me, acknowledged before me on this day that, being informed of the contents of the conveyance, he executed the same voluntarily on the day the same bears date. Given under my hand this _____ day of _____, A. D. 20__.
