Text

The annual fees for licensure pursuant to this chapter shall be established by the board and shall cover a 12-month period beginning October 1 of each year. All fees collected by the board shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the Board of Court Reporting Fund which is hereby created. Moneys in the fund shall be subject to withdrawal only upon warrant of the state Comptroller to be issued upon certification of the secretary. Any funds remaining in the fund at the end of each fiscal year in excess of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000), shall be available to the board to provide for the education and training of court reporters.
