In all prosecutions for the violation of the provisions of Section 34-8-6 for engaging in the business of general contracting without a certificate of authority, it shall be sufficient to allege in the indictment, affidavit, or complaint that “A.
B.unlawfully engaged in business as a general contractor, without authority from the licensing board for contractors so to do.”
