(a)(1) The Alabama Behavior Analyst Licensing Board is established within the Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities. The department shall provide all of the following for the performance of the duties of the board: a. Financial services. b. Legal services. c. Dedicated office space within the office of the State Autism Coordinator. d. An administrative assistant who is shared or dedicated to the board, and other personnel as necessary for the efficient operation of the board. e. Information technology services that shall include one or more dedicated phone lines, dedicated email addresses for board members and staff, and website maintenance. f. Necessary office furniture and supplies.
