§ 34-5-15 — Chapter Not Applicable to Certain Counties
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to Clay, Talladega, Wilcox, Baldwin, Lowndes, Sumter, Lawrence, Marengo, Butler, Russell, or Jefferson Counties.
