Text
An application for licensing as a professional geologist or a geologist-in-training shall be made under oath and shall show:
(1)the education of the applicant;
(2)a detailed summary of his or her actual geological work experience;
(3)a signed statement that the applicant has read and shall adhere to the code of professional conduct adopted by the board; and (4) not less than five references, three or more of whom shall be geologists having personal knowledge of the geologic experience of the applicant. The board shall determine a reasonable application fee which shall accompany each application.
