Text

(a)All fees collected pursuant to this chapter shall be nonrefundable and shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Board of Social Work Examiners and shall constitute a separate fund to be disbursed as prescribed in subsection (b) of this section.
(b)For the purpose of carrying out the objects of this chapter, and for the exercise of the powers herein granted, the Board of Social Work Examiners shall have power to direct the disbursement of the separate fund created by subsection (a) of this section, which shall be paid on warrant of the state Comptroller upon certificate or voucher of the secretary of the board, approved by the president or vice-president of the board. No funds shall be withdrawn or expended except as budgeted and allotted according to the provision
