The Legislature hereby finds and declares that it is necessary and desirable, in the best interests of the state, that the Alabama State Bar have a building or buildings with space available for its administrative offices, for its Board of Commissioners, for the Board of Examiners on Admission to the State Bar, for the storage of library and other educational materials relating to the improvement of the administration of justice, for its standing and other committees and the staffs of its professional journals, for continuing legal education activities and for other related purposes. It is the intention of the Legislature by the passage of this article to authorize the incorporation of the president, the first vice-president and the secretary of the Alabama State Bar as a public corporatio
