Text

The board shall keep records of its proceedings in a book provided for that purpose, especially with relation to the issuance, denial, renewal, suspension, and revocation of licenses to practice veterinary medicine. All licenses issued by the board shall be numbered and recorded by the executive director in a file for that purpose. Where a license is denied by the board to any applicant under this article, the facts and grounds of denial shall be entered in the minutes of the board. The issuance or denial of a license shall be noted along with the names of those board members present and the file shall be maintained by the board.
