§ 34-26-66 — Violations
Alabama·Title 34 Professions and Businesses·Ch. 26 Psychologists·Art. 4 Supervisory Practice of Licensed Psychological Technicians; Qualifications; Duties; Educational Degree Requirements; Mandated Supervision; Unlawful Practice Prohibited
No person shall hold himself or herself out to the public as a licensed psychological technician or practice as a psychological technician unless licensed by the board. Failure to comply with this section shall constitute a Class B misdemeanor.
