Text

Upon the filing of a certificate of qualification along with an application in proper form, if the commission is satisfied that all requirements of the law have been met, and that such application should be approved in the interest of public welfare, it shall forthwith issue to the applicant a license of a size and artistic design to be determined by the commission. Every such license issued by the commission shall be dated and be numbered in the order of issuance and shall be signed by the Chairman of the Medical Licensure Commission or his or her designate and by the Chairman of the State Board of Medical Examiners or his or her designate. The fee for such license shall be set by the commission but shall not exceed three hundred dollars ($300).
