§ 34-24-251 — Meetings; Quorum

The State Board of Podiatry shall hold meetings at such times and places as the board may designate for the discharge of all business as may legally come before the board, and may hold additional meetings, on call of the president of the board, and the president shall call such meetings on petition of a majority of the members of the board for carrying into effect the provisions of this article. The board may transact any and all business that may legally come before the board at these meetings including, but not limited to, designating times and places for the examination of applicants for licenses or certificates. The secretary-treasurer shall transact all ad interim business for the board unless otherwise specified in this article. A majority of the members of the board shall constitute
