Text
Notwithstanding any section of this article or any other law to the contrary, the board shall issue a license to practice chiropractic without examination to any person in the active practice of chiropractic in the State of Alabama on January 1, 1960; provided, that the person shall make a written application to the board on forms and in the manner prescribed by the board; and provided further, that the person produces evidence satisfactory to the board that he or she is a graduate of a school or college of chiropractic recognized by the board and is of good moral character. Such application shall be accompanied by a $25 application fee.
