§ 34-24-144 — Board of Chiropractic Examiners - Officers; Meetings; Rules and Regulations; Bond

The members of the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners shall convene within 30 days after their election or appointment and elect a president, vice-president, and secretary-treasurer from among their members, and thereafter the board shall elect, annually, after the commencement of the term of any board member, a president, vice-president, and secretary-treasurer from among the members of the board. The board shall meet at least twice a year and shall set by rule the regular meeting schedule of the board. The board shall adopt a seal, which shall be affixed to all licenses issued. Five members of the board shall constitute a quorum. However, the board may appoint hearing panels consisting of no fewer than three board members.
