Any new pharmacy or any existing pharmacy which is to be remodeled or which is to be moved to a new location other than a hospital pharmacy must comply with the following requirements for the prescription room area: That portion or part of the entire licensed pharmacy which is to be occupied by the prescription compounding or dispensing department, including that portion or part thereof utilized for the sale of restricted drugs, shall be not less than 240 square feet. The surface of the prescription compounding counter shall be not less than 24 inches in width and not less than 16 square feet of unobstructed working space for one pharmacist and not less than 24 square feet of total working space where two or more pharmacists are to be on duty at any one time.
