Text
The Alabama Association of Medical Technicians, through its executive committee, shall submit to the Governor a list containing the names of two regular physicians who are properly qualified as to training, licensure, and ethical standing, two physician-pathologists who are listed by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association and six medical technicians who, in addition to two years’ college instruction, shall have completed a full internship in a school of training listed and approved by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association, or approved by the Alabama State Board of Censors, or who, prior to the time of appointment, had served an apprenticeship instruction of at least one year under a qualified physician
