§ 34-13-230 — Applicability of Chapter
Alabama·Title 34 Professions and Businesses·Ch. 13 Funeral Services·Art. 5 Alabama Preneed Funeral and Cemetery Act of 2023·Div. 3 Funeral Merchandise and Services Trust Fund
To comply with the trust requirement of subsection (a) of Section 34-13-194, all certificate holders providing preneed contracts for funeral services or funeral merchandise shall be subject to this chapter.
