THIS SECTION WAS REPEALED BY ACT 2026-18, EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2026. All steam or sail vessels crossing the outer bar of Mobile Bay, except those exempt under this chapter, shall be conducted, controlled or navigated by a pilot licensed by or under authority of the laws of the State of Alabama, if the services of a pilot are seasonably tendered or are seasonably available and shall be required to pay the full amount of pilotage now provided by law.
