§ 33-2-17 — Bonds and Interest Exempt from Taxation
Alabama·Title 33 Navigation and Watercourses·Ch. 2 Development of Docks and Other Facilities Along Inland Waterways·Art. 1 1957 Provisions for Facilities Along Inland Waterways
Any bonds issued pursuant to the authority of this article and the interest thereon shall be exempt from all taxation by the State of Alabama or any political subdivision thereof.
