§ 33-1-40 — Sovereign Immunity
Alabama·Title 33 Navigation and Watercourses·Ch. 1 General Provisions Relative to Harbors and Ports and State Port Authority
The port authority shall have sovereign immunity from suit to precisely the same extent as the Alabama State Docks Department had on August 1, 2000.
