§ 32-8-80 — Exceptions from Provisions of Article
Alabama·Title 32 Motor Vehicles and Traffic·Ch. 8 Uniform Certificate of Title and Antitheft Act·Art. 4 Antitheft Laws
This article does not apply to the following unless a title certificate has been issued on such vehicles under this chapter:
(1)A vehicle moved solely by animal power;
(2)An implement of husbandry;
(3)Special mobile equipment; and
(4)A self-propelled wheelchair or invalid tricycle.
