Text

For purposes of this division, the following terms shall have the following meanings as provided in this section:

(1)INDIVIDUAL WITH A LONG-TERM DISABILITY. Any person with a long-term disability which limits or impairs the ability of the person to walk, and the person meets any one of the following conditions, as determined by a licensed physician: a. The person cannot walk 200 feet without stopping to rest. b. The person cannot walk without the use of, or assistance from, a brace, cane, crutch, another person, prosthetic device, wheelchair, or other assistive device. c. The person is restricted by lung disease to such an extent that the person’s forced respiratory expiratory volume for one second, when measured by spirometry, is less than one liter, or the arterial oxygen tension is les
