Text

Nothing in this chapter shall be so construed as to prevent the owner of real property used in public for purposes of vehicular travel by permission of the owner and not as matter of right, from prohibiting such use nor from requiring other or different or additional conditions than those specified in this chapter or otherwise regulating such use as may seem best to such owner. Provided, however, when the owner of real property allows the real property to be used by the public for the purpose of vehicular travel, and/or as a quasi-public parking lot for the use of customers, tenants, or employees of the property, the owner of the real property shall erect and maintain all traffic-control devices thereon in strict accordance with the rules and regulations in effect in the local jurisdiction
