§ 28-5-9 — Governor to Supervise Enforcement of Chapter; Promulgation of Regulations, Requirement of Reports, Etc., Suspension or Revocation of Permits, Collection of Penalties on Bonds, Etc., by Governor; Abatement of Plant Operating Without Permit

It shall be the duty of the Governor to supervise the enforcement of this chapter. The Governor shall prescribe the form and fix the condition of all permits issued under this chapter and shall have authority to make regulations, require the keeping of the records and the filing of reports to give effect to the provisions of this chapter and shall have the right, after notice and hearing, to suspend or revoke such permit for the violation of any law or regulation by the permittee or by his or its officers, agents, employees or servants in connection with the privilege granted by such permit. Upon the breach of any of the conditions of the bond required by this chapter, the Governor shall collect the penalty of the bond. No permit issued under this chapter shall grant any privilege inconsis
