§ 28-4-52 — Penalty for Violations of Section 28-4-50

Alabama·Title 28 Intoxicating Liquor, Malt Beverages and Wine·Ch. 4 Regulation and Control of Alcoholic Beverages in Dry Counties and Dry Municipalities·Art. 3 Manufacture, Possession, Allowance of Operation by Another, Etc., of Still, Etc., for Manufacture of Prohibited Liquors or Beverages
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of Section 28-4-50 shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment at hard labor in the penitentiary, for not less than one year nor more than five years, such punishment to be fixed within these limits by the court.
