§ 28-4-221 — Persons, Etc., Against Whom Petition May Be Filed

Alabama·Title 28 Intoxicating Liquor, Malt Beverages and Wine·Ch. 4 Regulation and Control of Alcoholic Beverages in Dry Counties and Dry Municipalities·Art. 10 Abatement of Liquor Nuisances
The petition to be filed to abate such nuisances may be filed against any person, firm or corporation who maintains or aids in maintaining such nuisance, including agents, servants and employees, as well as officers, of corporations.
