Alabama·Title 28 Intoxicating Liquor, Malt Beverages and Wine·Ch. 4 Regulation and Control of Alcoholic Beverages in Dry Counties and Dry Municipalities·Art. 8 Purchase, Receipt, Possession, Use, Etc., of Wine for Sacramental or Religious Purposes
The carrier or party making delivery must keep a record of all such deliveries of wine for such purposes, subject to the conditions applicable to other shipments of liquor.
