§ 28-4-183 — Permit from Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to Have Wine Shipped from Outside the State - Permit to Be Used for One Shipment Only; Expiration

Alabama·Title 28 Intoxicating Liquor, Malt Beverages and Wine·Ch. 4 Regulation and Control of Alcoholic Beverages in Dry Counties and Dry Municipalities·Art. 8 Purchase, Receipt, Possession, Use, Etc., of Wine for Sacramental or Religious Purposes
The permit provided for in Section 28-4-182 may be used for only one shipment and shall be void 20 days after the date of issuance.
