§ 28-11-3 — Minors Enlisted to Help Board Enforce State and Federal Laws
Alabama·Title 28 Intoxicating Liquor, Malt Beverages and Wine·Ch. 11 Sale of Tobacco Products Regulated by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board
The board, in conjunction with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, shall enforce state and federal laws that prohibit the distribution of tobacco, tobacco products, alternative nicotine products, e-liquids, and electronic nicotine delivery systems to individuals under 21 years of age. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for purposes of inspections and enforcement actions undertaken pursuant to this section, individuals under 21 years of age may be enlisted to attempt to purchase or purchase tobacco, tobacco products, alternative nicotine products, e-liquids, and electronic nicotine delivery systems.
