§ 27-54-3 — Additional Benefits

Alabama·Title 27 Insurance·Ch. 54 Mental Illness Coverage in Health Benefit Plans

Each group health benefit plan shall offer to provide, at a minimum, the following additional benefits for a person suffering from a mental or nervous condition:

(1)Inpatient services.

(2)Day treatment services.

(3)Outpatient services.
