Text

(a)The commissioner shall have printed or otherwise published for public distribution all of the following:
(1)The insurance laws of this state.
(2)The rules and regulations of the commissioner.
(3)A directory, annually, of all insurers and of all resident insurance producers authorized or licensed by this state.
(4)Any other material the commissioner deems relevant and suitable for the more effective administration of the laws relating to insurance.
(b)The commissioner shall fix at a price at not less than cost of printing and distribution, to be paid by persons requesting copies of the insurance laws, regulations, and other publications the commissioner deems proper to sell on behalf of the state rather than distribute free of charge; except that the commissioner may furnish, witho
