§ 23-2-155 — Authority to Maintain Own Toll Roads, Bridges, and Tunnels

Alabama·Title 23 Highways, Roads, Bridges and Ferries·Ch. 2 Toll Roads, Bridges and Ferries·Art. 5 Alabama Toll Road, Bridge and Tunnel Authority
Each toll road, bridge and tunnel project when constructed and opened to traffic shall be maintained and kept in good condition and repair by the authority.
