§ 23-2-150 — Authority to Collect Tolls, Revenues, Etc.; to Lease to Utilities; Toll Rates Adjusted to Conform to Trust Agreement

The authority is hereby authorized to fix, revise, charge, and collect tolls for the use of each toll road, bridge or tunnel project and the different parts or sections thereof, and to contract with, or to lease to or from, any person, partnership, association or corporation desiring the use of any part thereof, including the right-of-way adjoining the paved portion of approaches and access highways, streets or roads for placing thereon telephone, telegraph, electric light or power lines or pipe lines for gas and water or for petroleum products or for any other purpose except for tracks for railroad or railway use and to fix the terms, conditions, rents, and rates of charges for such use.
