§ 23-1-308 — Bonds and Notes - Form, Denominations, Terms, Redemption, Etc

Any obligations authorized by this article shall be in such forms and denominations and of such tenor and maturities, shall bear such rate or rates of interest payable and evidenced in such manner and may contain other provisions not inconsistent with this article as may be provided in the resolution or resolutions of the board of directors in which such obligations are authorized to be issued; provided, that none of the bonds shall have a maturity date later than 20 years after its date and none of the temporary bonds or notes shall have a maturity date later than three years after its date.
