Text
The members of the corporation shall consist of the Governor, the Director of Transportation, the Attorney General, and the Director of Finance and their respective successors in office. The Governor shall be the president of the corporation, the Director of Finance shall be its vice-president, the Director of Transportation shall be the secretary of the corporation, and the State Treasurer shall be the treasurer of the corporation and shall act as custodian of its funds. The members of the corporation shall constitute all the members of the board of directors of the corporation, and any three members of the board of directors shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
