§ 23-1-154 — Members, Officers and Directors; Quorum; Vacancies; Compensation; Record of Proceedings

The Governor shall be the president of the corporation, the Director of Finance shall be the vice-president of the corporation, the Director of Transportation shall be the secretary of the corporation, and the State Treasurer shall be the treasurer of the corporation and shall act as custodian of its funds. The Governor, the Director of Transportation, the Director of Finance, the State Treasurer, and the Attorney General shall constitute all the members of the board of directors of the corporation, and any three members of the board of directors shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
