§ 22-7-4 — Payment of Collected Fees into Home Health Service Fund
Alabama·Title 22 Health, Mental Health, and Environmental Control·Ch. 7 Fees for Home Health Services
Such fees when collected shall be paid into a special fund in the State Treasury to be called the Home Health Service Fund.
