§ 22-6A-3 — Relation to Insurance Statutes
Alabama·Title 22 Health, Mental Health, and Environmental Control·Ch. 6A The Health Care Sharing Ministries Freedom to Share Act
A health care sharing ministry shall not be considered to be engaging in the business of insurance pursuant to Title 27, for purposes of this chapter.
