Text

The Medicaid Trust Fund Board of Directors shall be composed of the Governor, who shall be its chairman; the Director of Finance, who shall be its vice-chairman; the Commissioner of the Alabama Medicaid Agency, who shall be its secretary; the Chairman of the Senate Finance and Taxation Committee-General Fund or his or her designee; and the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee-General Fund or his or her designee. The board shall meet at the call of the chairman. Any four members shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of transacting business. The proceedings of the board shall be reduced to writing by the secretary and signed by the chairman or vice-chairman and the secretary.
