Text
The Legislature hereby finds and declares that it is necessary, desirable and in the public interest that additional facilities be made available in this state for public health purposes. It is the intention of the Legislature by the passage of this chapter to authorize the formation of a public corporation for the purposes of providing for the acquisition, construction, improvement and equipment of public health facilities and to improve such existing facilities for use by the State Board of Health and county board(s) of health throughout this state in carrying out the duties and powers imposed upon or vested in them; to authorize the said corporation to provide for payment of the costs of the said facilities by the issuance of bonds of the corporation; and to pledge the proceeds of such
