§ 22-30B-4 — Appropriation and Use of Funds
Alabama·Title 22 Health, Mental Health, and Environmental Control·Ch. 30B Fees for Disposal of Hazardous Waste or Substances
Funds guaranteed to any county as set forth in Section 22-30B-2.1 shall be appropriated and expended for such purposes as provided by local act.
