§ 22-21-80 — Taxation Exemptions

Alabama·Title 22 Health, Mental Health, and Environmental Control·Ch. 21 Hospitals and Other Health Care Facilities Generally·Art. 4 County Hospital Boards and Corporations·Div. 1 Hospital Boards

All real, personal and mixed property that may be owned by the corporation and all income of the corporation shall be exempt from state, county and municipal taxation.
