§ 22-21-383 — Deposit of Moneys Received by Department Pursuant to Article

Alabama·Title 22 Health, Mental Health, and Environmental Control·Ch. 21 Hospitals and Other Health Care Facilities Generally·Art. 12 Dental Services Corporations

All moneys received pursuant to this article shall be deposited to the credit of the Examiners’ Revolving Fund of the Department of Insurance.
