§ 22-21-328 — Exemption from Usury and Interest Laws
Alabama·Title 22 Health, Mental Health, and Environmental Control·Ch. 21 Hospitals and Other Health Care Facilities Generally·Art. 11 Health Care Authorities
An authority shall be exempt from all laws of the state governing usury or prescribing or limiting interest rates, including, but without limitation to, the provisions of Chapter 8 of Title 8.
