§ 22-21-296 — Procedure for Settlement of Disputes

Alabama·Title 22 Health, Mental Health, and Environmental Control·Ch. 21 Hospitals and Other Health Care Facilities Generally·Art. 10 Financial Responsibility for Indigent Health Care

All disputes between a county and a regional referral hospital shall be resolved by action in the circuit court of the county in which the regional referral hospital is located.
