Text

The provisions of Chapter 25 of Title 36 and all subsequent amendments thereto or any subsequent act which may replace the same shall apply to the members of the board of directors of the corporation, the administrator and the purchasing agent of such hospital. The corporation shall not purchase any goods or services from an employee of the corporation or the spouse of any such employee, nor may the corporation enter into any contract with any such employee or spouse for the purchase of any goods or services therefrom.
