§ 22-21-151 — Obligations Not Debt of State or Municipality

Alabama·Title 22 Health, Mental Health, and Environmental Control·Ch. 21 Hospitals and Other Health Care Facilities Generally·Art. 5 Municipal Hospital Building Authorities

All obligations incurred by the authority and all bonds issued by it shall be solely and exclusively an obligation of the authority and shall not create an obligation or debt of the State of Alabama or of the municipality.
